How to export QwikQuote Price List Database Price Level

QwikQuote Pricing database is a standard Microsoft Access database.  It has required fields support your sales quote software and invoice software setup to handling your sales quotes processing. In case you need, you can use it directly with software tools such as Microsoft Access to directly operate on our quote software and invoice software price list database.  You can even add more field you need in your quote software and invoice software system for your business usages – this is not a problem for all the required fields in our quote software and invoice software package are automatically checked and re-created in case any of them are missing or not in the data type the original ones being setup.  So, to put is simple, in most of cases there is no need to do any export for you to use QwikQuote Price List in our quote software and invoice software package directly.

However, in other cases, especially when you do not have the other tools you need on the computer you try to use to accomplish
the tasks to export products-services item price list from your quote software and invoice software system, we provide a group of export ability in our quote software and invoice software system out of box just for your convenience.  It can be used to export the Product-Service Item Price List in your sales quote software and invoice software to a number of popular formats including Access file, Excel file, dBase file, Text file, Excel by Tree, MS SQL Table, Oracle Table, XML file, HTML file, ACT WEB Item List, etc.

One of the major reasons you need to use this export feature is the Price Levels field compression in QwikQuote Price List database of your quote software and invoice software system.  There are 30 Pricing Levels in QwikQuote Price List.  With each pricing level include Start Quantity, End Quantity, and Level Price, there are 90 entries need to handle them in the quote software and invoice software modules – if you add over 87 other fields or properties in the price list database, the total field number will be close to 180 fields in the quote software and invoice software setup, and what’s more that the number of fields are to increase as the more features, properties and behaviors are added in the quote software and invoice software solution package.  With the fields over 128 the handling speed become significantly slower down within the quote software and invoice software modules.  To address this issue in the quote software and invoice software processing modules, those 90 fields are compressed into one text fields with our proprietary coding approaches in the quote software and invoice software internal handlings.  If you need to make use of the Price Levels data directly, you need to use this export feature to expand the Price Levels field into 90 Price Level Fields, columns, or text sections, etc. so that you can use the Price Level data in our quote software and invoice software solution package.

The following are detailed steps showing you how to export QwikQuote Price List Database Price Levels into Access Database file with screenshots to demonstrate the processes.
