QwikQuote offers a new "Support Conference Call Back
System " that saves you time. QwikQuote
offers you phone appointments, so a Technical Support Representative is
available when you want. And QwikQuote has a unique low cost, flat rate
maintenance program that allows you to minimize your software costs,
obtain service when you need it, and predict how much you will pay for
software.
How to Obtain QwikQuote Technical Support
Sometimes email
is the best way to reach us. With email, we can look over the problem
and spend the time necessary to provide you with a comprehensive
solution on the first try. Other times, a phone conference is the best
way to resolve a problem – sometimes it is necessary to work out the
solution while you are in front of your computer. You choose the method
that you think is best.

If you wish a
phone conference, please provide a choice of a few different times and
dates when you would like to schedule a "Support Conference Call Back."
Outside the USA we will use SKYPE. Our support team will confirm your
appointment by email.
When emailing and scheduling your "Support Conference
Call Back" we will need the following information:

Your QwikQuote Serial Number: On the QwikQuote
main screen, go to Help and About, The serial number starts with
a P, N or S.

Your QwikQuote Version: On the QwikQuote main
Screen, Help and About will display the version number.

A brief description of your problem or issue.

The name of your Windows operating system. For
example, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows Vista.

The name and version of the contact manager that
you are you linking with Qwikquote. To find the link preference
– from the QwikQuote main screen, go to OPTIONS/CONTACT and you
will see which contact manager is selected.

Please have your computer available before your "
Support Conference Call Back" time.

Your UMP must be up to date to receive support.
