QwikQuote new build version 6.5.006 is released on 10/20/2011. It includes full support for ACT! 2012 all editions including support for ACT! Premium for Web. It also includes other new features and enhancements, as well as bug fixes reported up to date.

Support for Microsoft Outlook 2010 with BCM 2010

QwikQuote Layout Password Protection

Implement the QwikQuote Layout Password Protection feature. Save password protected layout file in a format that is not able to be read and used by releases older than this 6.5.002. With 6.5.002 or later, it can be loaded and used as normal. However when try to edit it by opening the layout view, one must provide right password to be able to continue. If try to open another layout file from layout view menu, it will ask for password too for up to 2 times ? then will kick out of layout view if not proper password has been provided.

Multi National Company in Germany needed their salespeople in China to be able to
use QwikQuote in the Chinese OS so other programs would run normally. Since we have
an office in China we had already increased the size of fields to accommodate the
larger size Chinese calligraphy. This update allows the customer to have their Price
List in US Dollars or Euros etc, and to be able to quote in Renminbi ( Chinese )
. The default currency will be dollars.

To protect the network client from reconfiguring another location with the same
serial number we needed to make a code change. This is now built into the
QwikQuote update on our web site.
QwikQuote / PDF (Release 4/8/09)
If the user does not set default PDF path, and tries to create PDF file before saving
quote file, it will prompt user to save quote first. This will prevent the
PDF to be saved to the last quote path.
